Greg, a founding partner of Goosmann Rose, is an Asheville native and received his BS in Business from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1985. He then attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL and received his Juris Doctor in 1988, when he also began his law career in Asheville. Greg is a member of the American Bar Association, 28th Judicial District Bar Association and North Carolina State Bar.

Greg’s background is in real estate and he has performed thousands of real estate transactions from complex commercial transactions to cash land purchases. He has been the recipient of numerous business and service awards.

Greg and his wife, Ann, are both very active in the community and involved in many volunteer organizations. They have two sons. Greg enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, skiing, boating, traveling and wine collecting.
